About me
My career started in architecture: designing cities, neighborhoods, buildings. The shift to digital felt inevitable: same question, different medium. How do people actually experience this?
That question has taken me from CAD to Figma to Claude Code. The tools keep changing. The learning curve gets shorter every time because the underlying thinking doesn't. My background isn't a detour, it's why I see problems differently.
Originally from Mexico, Brazilian roots, Berkeley-educated, Bay Area-built. My family is a mix of three cultures and multiple languages, my design thinking probably is too.
Open to full-time roles, consulting, and project-based work. Reach out on LinkedIn or drop me an email!
My Design Principles
User-Centered at Every Step
Real impact comes from understanding users deeply. Research, empathy, and iteration are the foundation.
Technology as a Tool, Not a Barrier
Whether XR, AI, or web, I ensure that technology enhances rather than complicates experiences.
Seamless Physical-Digital Integration
The boundary between physical and digital is where I do my best work.
Collaboration Over Silos
The best ideas come from diverse perspectives.
Always Learning, Always Evolving
The tools keep changing, I'd rather be building with them than reading about them.
